HOA Office Services

Accounting Request
If you would like to know if your assessment payment was received or would like to ask a question about your account history, or have another question contact our Accounting staff directly, click here.
Resident Registration
To help keep our community safe, ALL residents (owners and their tenants) need be registered with the HOA within seven days of occupancy or change in ownership. To access the Resident Registration Form, simply click here. Once your registration form is complete, deliver it to the office or email it to manager@friarsvillage.org.
Architectural Change Request
If you are considering a change to the exterior of your home, be sure to fill out an ACR request form and have it reviewed by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). The ACC meets on the first Monday of each month to review Architectural Change Requests (ACRs). Your request is due in the office four business days prior to the ACC meeting. Clubhouse Events
If you would like to rent the clubhouse for a private event call the office and verify that your dates are available. All events require a $250 deposit, plus rental fees. Deposits are returned to you after your event and assuming that the clubhouse is left in clean and orderly. For the rental agreement, click here.

Paying My Association Fee
For your convenience you can pay your association fee several ways:
- - First Bank’s HOA PAY
- - Mailing your payment with your payment coupon
- - Sign up for automatic payments through the Village ACH program. With ACH, your association fee is automatically withdrawn from your bank account on the 10th of each month. To access the ACH Form, simply click here.
HOA Certification Document Requests
Buyers & Sellers
If you are in the process of selling or refinancing your home and need to provide the Title/Lending company with the Disclosure Documents, click here.
Escrow Companies
If you are an escrow company, fax your request to 858-277-5135. The standard response time is 10 business days. Friars Village charges an upfront fee of $125 for preparing document requests. If you need documents more quickly, please call the office at 858-277-5132 and then fax in your request to 858-277-5135. A 48-hour rush can be placed on your request for an additional $75.
